The course is designed to equip the post-grad Aircrew participant, with “next level” knowledge base and skill set, to enable effective Ditch, Raft and Survivor Management for extended periods. This course builds on previously-assessed CA0 20:11 knowledge and competencies as already acquired, possessed , and demonstrated by the individual course participant.

Fire in the air is one of the most dangerous situations that aircrew crew can be faced with. Aggressive intervention by aircrew is essential for the safety of passengers and crew and to prevent catastrophic loss of the aircraft. Dynamic Crew Training continues to deliver tailored fire-fighting training to Aircrew from both the airline and corporate jet spaces. All participants are trained in fire theory, use and location of fire-fighting equipment and how to fight aircraft area specific fires. Participants complete the course extinguishing a fire via the live fire training facility.
Dynamic Crew Training successfully partnered with a major commercial airline to introduce a new aircraft type into the carrier’s fleet. DCT played an integral part in developing and delivering 20:11 training for Aircrew. DCT Instructors assisted in the Proving Flight where aircrew proved their trained procedures in real time to gain CASA approval for the AOC variation. Dynamic Crew Training continues to develop and evolve their relationship with this carrier. The next exciting joint project will be centred on cabin crew initial training in the coming months.
Dynamic Crew Training is in the final stages of building a uniquely structured Human Factors course, using gaps in aircrew knowledge/skills specifically identified by the operator. DCT is working with the operator to design efficient and cost effective training to target relevant training needs- therefore increasing the engagement levels, knowledge and skills of the operator’s aircrew.
