Dynamic Crew Training Pty Ltd (DCT), is bringing to the Medical Industry, a contemporary new suite of human-based disciplines and skill-sets. Based on the overwhelmingly successful Human Factors/Crew Resource Management/Non-technical Skills philosophies and safety benefits long enjoyed by the Aviation Industry, DCT will, for the first time, in a specifically structured and targeted format, offer to the Medical fraternity, the same level of effective Human Factors training that is tailored to meet the safety critical, exacting, and unique needs and requirements of the Medical environment.
